Our Founder George Giannarelli, migrating to Australia in 1954 from the hills of Tuscany, Carrara, Italy (where the world's marble is sourced from) has now developed into implementing pieces of marble as a signature of nostalgia into each of our projects forging the beginning of Giancorp Property Group

Managing up to 60 retail butcher shops, Extra Meats was born offering premium service and re-inventing the butcher shop industry.
1978
The Company first acquired and developed properties. Commercial Developments were completed in Hampton, Bentleigh, Ashburton, & Balaclava (suburbs in Melbourne, Victoria).
1981
Giancorp Property Group acquired Colonial Farm Pty Ltd – Food manufacturer company

Giancorp Property Group incorporates Top Cut Pty Ltd & acquires Young Street, Moonee Ponds property (rear site of the Penny Lane Development)
1986
Giancorp Property Group develops 10,000sqm of industrial facilities to service expansion into overseas markets.
1987
Giancorp Property Group acquires site at Epsom Road/Ascot Vale Road, Flemington, Melbourne (23,000sqm)
1988
Giancorp Property Group develops 8,000sqm of Warehouse Showrooms in Fairfield.
1989
Giancorp Property Group acquires 0.9ha site in Newcastle Street, Burleigh Heads (QLD) to develop an export grade commercial facility throughout South East Asia, Korea, China & Japan

Giancorp Property Group acquires its industrial development in Fullarton Road, Niddrie, Melbourne (10,000sqm)

Giancorp Property Group expands into NSW and its first industrial development in Merrickville, Sydney (1200sqm)
