Formally an existing office with a major open plan area and a minimal partitioned component, this site nestled near the busy Puckle Street precinct was fully stripped out internally and then delivered as a refurbished base building to an incoming Lessee. Base internal works included full new, electrics, male and female amenities, all mechanical plant (air-conditioning and exhaust systems), suspended grid ceiling with fluorescent trough lighting and floor coverings. The exterior was also provided with a facelift, with attention given to all aspects of the external façade including painting in the Lessees corporate colours.

Acting as Head Project Manager, GPG was responsible for;
• tender co-ordination of sub-contractors
• appointment of sub-contractors
• scheduling of trades
• contract administration
• problem resolution
• administration of all payment claims
• collation of full documentation (as built drawings, warranties, etc)
• liaising with third parties (incoming Lessee and Lessee appointed architect and consultants)
• final handover.
